Im planning to set out on bicycle on may 18th from my home in Ithaca, NY to my home in Boston. Does anyone in Massachusetts or New York want to join in the fun? any expert advice?

probably through pittsfield following route 9 into amherst, then north of the reservoir along backroads just south of route 2 past the harvard forest. subject to change if you have any better ideas...
