Available in Newfane, Vermont, at previous Kroka home, cute studio apartment in exchange for work hours by able-bodied person with solid carpentry and chainsaw skills. Live in rural area near brook and beautiful pond, on the farm with sheep and other farm animals. Beautiful surroundings, garden, lots of forest and wild land.

Studio heats with a wood stove. There is no running water currently, but would like new tenant to create a water catchment system. Composting toilet in barn right next to studio. Showers in the big house.
