Hey folks, the good people of Mahoosuc are doing a WFA course, it's a great opportunity to git yerself some knowledge. The official posting is below!

Wilderness First Aid Course
Saturday-Sunday, May 18-19
at Mahoosuc Mountain Lodge

Wilderness First Aid (WFA) is the perfect course for the outdoor enthusiast or trip leader who wants a basic level of first aid training for short trips with family, friends, and outdoor groups. It also meets the ACA guidelines. This course is 16 hours (two days) and focuses on these basic skills:
• Response and assessment
• Musculoskeletal injuries
• Environmental emergencies
• Survival skills
• Soft tissue injuries
• Medical emergencies
The WFA course starts at 8 a.m. on Saturday, May 18, and ends at 4 p.m. on Sunday, May 19.
Cost: $180-$299, depending on whether meals and accommodations are needed

The Wilderness First Responder Refresher course is Saturday-Monday, May 18-20. The cost is $195-$299, depending on whether meals and accommodations are required.
